Phenix Installation
Installation of Phaser with Phenix allows a choice of installation methods

- Ubuntu 10.04 (both)

- Source code installation
- Phaser can be compiled from source under linux from the Phenix distribution using the recompile script
> cd $PHENIX > ./bin/recompile [--nproc=number] [--noopt] [--debug] [--openmp]
- Alternatively use the scons script. Note that you will need to configure with phaser & phenix.
> cd $PHENIX/build/<installation-path> > phenix.python $PHENIX/cctbx_project/libtbx/configure.py --enable-openmp-if-possible=True phenix phaser > libtbx.scons [-j <nproc>]
